Return policy from FLATCATGolf.com

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days from date of purchase to initiate a return. We will gladly accept returns of new grips & Puttdots (uninstalled), unworn apparel (with original tags attached), and unused kitchenware for a refund or merchandise exchange. There is a $10 return shipping, restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund. For gift purchases, a merchandise exchange will be issued for the full value of the merchandise.

Refunds will not be processed until receipt of the returned purchase. All returns must be authorized by FLATCAT customer service representative before a refund or exchange will be given. To expedite a return of new grips, please contact info@FLATCATGolf.com or call 1-844-352-8228.

Grips purchased from our retailers are subject to the return policy of each specific retailer. Please refer to your receipt or local store for more information.

REFUNDS

What amount will be refunded?

Upon return receipt of the new and uninstalled grip the purchase price & applicable taxes paid per item returned will be refunded. A $10 shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

What amount will be refunded during special promotions?

  • During BOGO promotions, no matter which grip is returned, the discount received will be deducted from the refund amount. The only time this is not true, is if more than the required number of grips is purchased. For example: if the offer is Buy One, Get One 50% off - but three grips are purchased, the lesser of the 3 grips will receive the discount. If that grip is returned, the discounted amount will not be deducted from the refund.

How is the refund delivered?

The refund will be applied to the original method of payment.

When is a refund processed?

The refund process will begin once the returned item is received.
